2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 652 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 328, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got seventeen criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 20.05.2023.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023 in which he has been exonerated in course of investigation though he is accused in seventeen more cases but considering the fact that he has been exonerated in this case.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

6. The petitioner will visit Rajauli Police Station on the first and second Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
