By order dated 03.03.2015, the learned Sub- Judge- VII, Siwan only directed to mark documents produced by the respondents in Title Suit No. 240 of 2002 as there was earlier direction to that effect.

These matters cannot be decided in supervisory jurisdiction. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all these questions at the time of final hearing of the suit itself and if these points are raised the court below shall consider the same. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application is disposed of.
