The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR relates to kidnapping and subsequent murder of the son of the informant.

Submission is that some other accused are named as suspect in the FIR. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Similarly situated co-accused Rekha Devi and Ramashish Das have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.25374 of 2019. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the

No.49942 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, who is a female, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.188 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
