The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2020 dated 07.04.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 478, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The petitioner is said to have fired from his weapon which hit the leg of one Puja Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that because of land dispute between the parties who are related to each other, the aforesaid FIR has been lodged. Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation and the corresponding injury on one of the victims, I am not
