2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons committed financial irregularities and misappropriation of government money. Petitioner was Mukhiya at the relevant time and there is specific accusation that he alongwith others committed huge financial irregularities in execution of different schemes under the Chief Minister's Gali Nali Pakkikaran Nischay Yojana.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
