JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 427, 467, 308, 379, 420, 120(B),504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons assured to finance vehicle and took away Rs.49,000/- for that purpose and when the informant demanded the said amount they lingered and threatened to give false cheque and also when the informant went to the house of accused persons the petitioners snatched golden chain worth Rs. 32,000/- and pressed the neck of the informant with intention to kill and assault him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11090 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to implicate the petitioners in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- ( twenty five thousand) in the court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners are directed to deposit Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) in the court below, which shall be subject to final disposal of the case. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 537 of 2014 in G.R.No. 3131 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
