Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.06 of 2016 registered under Sections 394 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some persons hired the auto of the informant for a particular destination but on the midway the informant was assaulted and her tempo was looted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except disclosure of the name of the petitioner by one Amarjeet Kumar, there is no other material against the petitioner collected during investigation, neither he was put on TIP nor the tempo has been recovered from his possession, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and Amarjeet Kumar has been granted bail by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33727 of 2018(2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 court below.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vikash Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Deo PS Case No.06 of 2016.
