The petitioner is said to have preferred an appeal (Supply Appeal No. 11/2021) before the Collector, Nalanda against the said order on 23.07.2021. It is the petitioner's grievance that till date the appeal has not been disposed of.

In the aforesaid circumstance, this application has been filed seeking direction to the Appellate Authority to
