The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 376/511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is that he made attempt to ravish the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation at best a case under Section 354 of the IPC is made out and petitioner is 75 years old. A statement has been made in paragraph 3
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44603 of 2014 (4) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
