Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Mahila P. S. case no. 32/2014 registered under section 376(D) and other allied sections of the IPC.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with direct allegation of gang rape.

Although victim has not stated name of the petitioner in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C but she has very clearly stated that four persons had committed rape on her on the alleged date of occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Mahila P. S. case no. 32/2014 pending in the
