Shri Sachchida Nand Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.91 of 2019 has been submitted under the bailable Section and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the petitioner to approach the S.D.J.M., Daudnagar for taking appropriate steps for grant of bail under the bailable Section.
