JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 registered under Sections341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 337, 454, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they assaulted the informant and one Jahangir Mian and it is stated that the petitioner No. 1 gave dagger blow, causing injury on the hand and head of the informant and the petitioner No. 2 gave rod blow, causing injury on the shoulder of Jahangir Mian. There is counter case also and at paragraph-10 of this petition, it has specifically been mentioned that both the injured

Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
