2. The present writ petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:

"1). For issuance of an appropriate writ, Order, or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents for properly investigating the matter in SC/ST P.S. Patna No. 04/2024 instituted on 01.02.2024 and to arrest the accused police officer forthwith, as he is interfering in the investigation and tampering with the evidence by abusing his position as police officer.

For issuance of appropriate

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1492 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 writs/orders/directions to direct the Respondent No.7 to produce the action taken report in SC/ST P.S Patna No. 04/2024 instituted on 01.02.2024.

III). For directing the Respondents to take all necessary steps to locate and apprehend the accused Police Officer, Sudama Kumar Singh, to prevent any tampering with evidence and ensure a fair trial.

IV). For issuance of an appropriate writ, Order, or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to constitute Internal Complaints Committee and comply with the provisions of the POSH Act in the workplace of police department which the Respondents haven't complied."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police (East), Patna for compliance of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Place.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
