Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of robbery. One mobile, details whereof is referred in the FIR, was snatched by the miscreants besides other articles of the informant. From possession of this petitioner, some other mobile phones were recovered and on that basis, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.39300 of 2018 (3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Balua Bazar Police Station Case No.01 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
