ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.1.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 858 of 2015.

The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 12.1.2016 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 858 of 2016 by which he had to be surrendered in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a production of a copy of the order, but, due to some unforeseen circumstances, he could not surrender in time, and, hence, he seeks extension of time to surrender before the Court below.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, further two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10126 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 weeks time is extended to surrender the Petitioner in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, at Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.283 of 2015. The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the District Legal Aid Committee.

The application stands allowed.
