The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad(T) P.S.Case No. 98 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153A, 295A, 307, 323, 332, 333, 337, 353, 379, 427, 435, 436 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of committing any riot though there is general and omnibus allegation against a large number of people and similarly situated other co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 33852 of 2018 and the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35103 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Pappu Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018.
