The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of the police. Further submission is that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged Tempo from where the alleged recovery has been made, as is evident from supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
