The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nimachandpura P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is having criminal antecedents of extortion and murder.

Considering the above circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is rejected.

The District Judge, Begusarai is directed to conclude

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50716 of 2022(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 the trial of all the cases against the petitioner by transferring them in one Court.
