The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that petitioner has obtained loan by placing forged and fabricated document.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bank after proper scrutiny has granted loan and petitioner has been repaying the loan. Petitioner also undertakes that there will be no fault in paying the installment of loan.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11749 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 petitioner, namely, Md. Abid Hussain alias Md. Aabid Hussain, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.328 of 2015, G.R. No.4362 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
