This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.05.2018 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge I, Vaishali at Hajipur in Baligaon P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 under sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 471, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3(i) (r) (s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby and whereunder the appellant's prayer for grant of regular bail has been rejected. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the election of the school in question. Moreover, there is no gun shot injury. Appellant has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1997 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with BaligaonP.S. Case No. 11 of 2017.

This appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
