This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Harnaut P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the victim girl have married and they have a girl child, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

No.60458 of 2021(4) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S.
