Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 08.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50248 of 2021 whereby the petitioner was granted bail, however, due to typographical error occurred in the first paragraph and prayer portion of the bail application, in place of Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2021, it has been mentioned as Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2019 in paragraph no. 1 and Sessions Trial No. 296 of 2019 in the prayer portion, which needs to be modified.
