2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 124(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 19.03.2025 at about 8 AM, while daughter of informant was taking bath, this petitioner deliberately poured hot water on her causing burn injury to the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and petitioner are Gotni (sisters-in-law) and due to land dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. As a matter of fact, the informant was cooking rice and daughter of informant fell into it, on account of which, she sustained 5% burn injury. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. 1st Nalanda / concerned Court in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
