ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raxaul PS case no. 315/2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation regarding deposit of Rs. 20,000/- in his account for the purpose of getting a visa is wholly unfounded. The said money was received by the petitioner for his personal use and he has already refunded the same.

Considering the peculiar nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has

No.10200 of 2016 (3) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 got no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul in connection with Raxaul PS case no. 315/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
