The petitioners, who are students seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 dated 21.03.2019 instituted for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13039 of 2021(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/3 offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. A dispute arose while a house was being constructed over a plot of land leading to scuffle between the two sides. The allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. Two persons are said to have been injured in the occurrence, who have received injuries which have been opined to be simple in nature. There is a reason for falsely implicating the petitioners which has been narrated in the bail petition.

Regard being had to the aforesaid background facts and taking into account that the petitioners have clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 88 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13039 of 2021(2) dt.18-03-2021 3/3 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
