The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No.20 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application on behalf of petitioner no. 3, namely, Sonma Devi.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no. 3, namely, Sonma Devi is concerned.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5693 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are brother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific role against them. Therefore, the application for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Yogendra Yadav @ Jogendra Yadav and Shankar Yadav, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No.20 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
