JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29.07.2015 Learned Sessions Judge, Chapra submitted his report making explanation for rejection of prayer for bail of the petitioners who are accused in Complaint case no. 3774/2013. Although learned Sessions Judge tried his best to explain the circumstance under which he rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners but I am not at all convinced with his explanation and, in my view, the explanation of the learned Sessions Judge is not satisfactory.

However, learned Sessions Judge, Chapra is warned to be more cautious and vigilant in future while passing orders on bail petitions.

Accordingly, this matter stands dropped.

Let this order be communicated to the concerned officer without any delay.
