The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 9611 of 2011 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. Though no show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement

Patna High Court MJC No.813 of 2016 dt.14-09-2016 at the Bar that the petitioner's representation has since been disposed of and against the final orders passed by the opposite parties, CWJC No. 9609 of 2016 has already been filed and pending before this Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid stand of the petitioner, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
