JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2025 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 16.02.2018, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 5791 of 2017, to the extent that the name of the writ petitioner no. 15, which has been wrongly mentioned as Kumari Vidya Bharti in place of Kumari Bidha Bharti be directed to be corrected. In support of the said fact, the matriculation marks sheet of the petitioner herein, issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, has been annexed to the present petition.

This Court finds from the records that in the

Patna High Court MJC No.1891 of 2021(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 aforesaid writ petition itself wrong name of writ petitioner no. 15 has been mentioned, however, considering the fact that her name in the matriculation certificate, as aforesaid, has been mentioned as Kumari Bidha Bharti, I deem it fit and proper to direct that in the order dated 16.02.2018, the name of the writ petitioner no. 15 shall be read as Kumari Bidha Bharti, subject to just exceptions.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
