2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1361 of 2023(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/3 "That the poor petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs, commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned to protect the government public land appertaining to Khesra No.3181, 3182 (old)/2588, 2629 (new) of mauzaSugauna, Thana No.226, Anchal-Rajnagar, District-Madhubani which has illegally been encroached/occupied by the Respondents 2nd set forcibly by fencing boundary wall over it and attempting to construct Gramin Sadark over the raiyati land of the petitioner bearing Khesra No.

3200 and 3201 (old) in connivance with the local Mukhiya even after demolishing the boundary wall of the petitioner and when the petitioner protested it, the Respondents 2nd set started quarreling with the petitioner and his family members and threatening him for dire consequences and despite apprising the situation to the Respondent authorities by way of filing several complaints and representations by the petitioner, no any action is being taken in the matter and on the other hand the Respondents 2nd set are adamant to construct the Gramin Sadak over the raiyati land of the petitioner in connivance with the Mukhiya as a result of which law and order problem is prevailing on the spot. And/or any other relief or reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to move the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani for the redressal of his grievances by filing a representation.

4. If such a representation is filed, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, shall decide the same within 15 days from the date of filing of the representation and pass appropriate

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1361 of 2023(2) dt.24-04-2025 3/3 order either disposing the representation or granting protection to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed of.

6. It is clarified that this Court has not applied its mind on the facts of the case.
