Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners for commission of assault and theft.

Submission is that there is case and counter case. The petitioners are in custody since 26.03.2018. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named,

No.35695 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nauhatta Police Station Case No.58 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
