Petitioner is in custody in connection with Taraiya P.S. case No. 52 of 2018 for the offence under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act. As per paragraph-3 the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents. He is in custody since 5.3.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2018 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 5.8.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-9th, Saran, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018.
