Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act 2016.
The recovery of liquor is alleged from the hedges near the river side. Allegation is that the same is of the petitioner.
Submission is that after the present case, petitioner has been implicated in two other cases also disclosed in para-3 of the petition, however, in those cases also, recovery was from outside and not from the house or physical possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.50528 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) Police Station Case No.12 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
