The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of 110 liters of country made liquor from the hut of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the liquor was recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

After considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
