Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioners along with Shyam Bahadur Singh made indiscriminate firing on Hare Ram Singh and Raushan Kumar caused injury.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were not sent up for trial but cognizance was taken against them differing with final form. Moreover, the accusation of firing is against three persons. The accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Statement
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14132 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 52 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
