Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Jakkanpur PS Case No.99 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of recovery of arms is false however the allegation is that one country made pistol without magazine was recovered from possession of the petitioner no.1 however, nothing was recovered from petitioner no.2, petitioner no.1 has no criminal antecedent under the Arms Act, he has only one case under Sections 323/341/504 of the Indian Penal Code and petitioner no.2 bears clean antecedent.

No.35152 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Rabindra Yadav @ Painter and Kundan Kumar @ Raushan are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-I, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur PS Case No.99 of 2018.
