====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Heard Mr. Zainul Abedin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Rabindra Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner/ husband of the deceased has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court that during investigation no specific accusation was found against the petitioner. He further submits that it was a case of suicide. However, on going through the F.I.R. it is evident that petitioner was the husband and his marriage with deceased was solemnized only on 21.04.2017 and within a short period she was done to death . From the F.I.R. it is evident that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33881 of 2018(2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 when informant arrived all the family members including the petitioner had already left leaving dead body in the house. I do not find any ground to grant bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
