The petitioner is the husband who apprehends his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is evident that there had been quarrel between the husband and the wife which had led to the woman's death and the body has been cremated without information to the family members of the deceased.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is the husband in a case under Section 304(B) of the I.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner.

It is, accordingly, rejected.
