2. Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 30.08.2023 and 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 56754 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 43722 of 2024 respectively and this is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 457 of 2023 arising out of Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 924 of 2022 registered under Sections 307, 353, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 16.05.2025

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2022.

5. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned Court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 924 of 2022.
