ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint case No.140 of 2013 (Trial No.2700 of 2014) registered under Sections 323, 342, 420, 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Sri P. Krishna, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bagaha, West Champaran.
The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 8.1.2015 vide Cr.Misc.No.10 of 2015 but on submission that the Petitioner has fair antecedents. Since there were two other cases pending against him, such an affidavit could not be filed and hence the second application for anticipatory bail.
