The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 445 of 2018, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in brief is that the police raided at the house of Anil Yadav and recovered two motorcycles having same registration number. It has further been alleged that the said Anil Yadav accepted that the motorcycles have been purchased by him with the help of petitioner and one other Randhir Yadav Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of the fact that as per

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and no incriminating material has been recovered from the petitioner, accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 445 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down hereinabove and under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
