The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he participated in the alleged offence, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
