The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 384 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and a cartridge has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2022 and has no criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
