None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Heard Sri Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 08.04.2018 in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, G.R. No. 871 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of bail primarily on the ground that there was case and counter case in between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph no. 7 of the petition to show that there was admitted land dispute and counter case was filed against the informant's side of the present case vide Gogri P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also drawn my attention to the

Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as the fact that there was case and counter case in between the parties, let the petitioner Rajesh Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria / concerned court in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018, G.R. No. 871 of 2018.
