.... .... Respondents =========================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : MR. VIJAY KUMAR, ADV. For the Respondent/s : Mr. RAJIV ROY, G.P.-5 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-03-2015 For the reason that the respondents authorities have already dealt with the claim of the petitioner in detail in terms of Annexure-7, benefit of Junior Selection Grade had already accrued to the husband of the petitioner on the basis of the available strength of post w.e.f. 01.04.1984. The shifting of the date to 01.04.1981, therefore, cannot be accepted because there was a rule in vogue at the relevant time based on which such benefit could be granted. That benefit anyway has now been withdrawn way back in the year 1986. It is stale matter, which has been dragged on for years together for a few dollors more.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3938 of 2015 dt.23-03-2015 2/2 Writ is dismissed.
