The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sitamarhi (Punaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 365 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The alleged motorcycle does not belong to the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.34694 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Punaura O.P.)
