This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Angarh P.S. Case No.23 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 51 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.06.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51532 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise-1), Purnia, in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023.
