Petitioner is in custody in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Wine Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.3.2018 and has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In fact,the alleged liquor was seized from hutment behind the Nala and for such seizure, petitioner has been fastened with the liability in the instant case. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
