Petitioners are in custody in connection with Beerpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 for the offence under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners were apprehended by the police along with five other accused persons.

The petitioners are in custody since 23.5.2019.

No.49185 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Begusarai, in connection with Beerpur P.S.
