2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 22.4.2024 passed by the Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2071 of 2023 / Bihta P.S. Case No. 565 of 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is a recovery of about 80 liters of english liquor from a car of which the petitioner was the driver.

4. A strong prima facie case has been found by the learned Court below for trial as the petitioner was the driver of the car from which the alleged recovery was made.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.
